Its fairly easy. Get Enhanced Steam plugin for your browser. It overlays the prices and dates of when the game was in a bundle or sale with pretty good details.
Based on the price of the bundle/sale , how many games where in it , how long ago and general demand its actually fairly easy to judge values.
Things like if they where free as well influence it. But charging raw value for a game based on store price is almost never the case considering how many bundles or sales happen regularly. It does apply to most games that have just released. But even then some where given out for free massively. Like Savage Lands when it was about to come out , there was so many copies given out by the devs that it tanked the value a lot during its release. Its recovered a bit since then at least.
