PermalinkAs I see someone really can :), checked other websites, same as here, 18-19 keys for RoW copie, it's imposible to get that cheap from EU or US regions.

PermalinkThe Russians found a way to get ROW copies at RU prices.
They fixed that yesterday, that's why the prices jumped from 16-17 to 24-27.

I see some thread of Call of Duty Ghosts in which people offers RoW gifts for kinda low price, gifts from Steam Russian store is completely locked, so maybe someone knows from where is that cheap RoW gifts ? Maybe they just stolen by using fake credit cards ? Thanks
