The Franchise Pack and The Full Package are different. Unfortunately, NEITHER of them have every piece of dlc. The Franchise Pack has The Bloodsucker Pack, whereas The Full Package has Genki Girl Pack and neither has The Unlockables Pack. Anyone else can feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
