PD: I don't understand why the people always add Paypal fees... is it a form of try to lower the price?
In Germany we don´t have the pay as a gift Option in PayPal, so there are 0,35€ per trade and 2-5% extra. Thats why I want to buy the game on Steam for you and not pay with PayPal, it´s not to lower the Price, it´s just too expensive and I can get for 19€ also the key elsewhere in a Keyshop.
I don't know it, but sorry, for me the important is the money that I can have in my account.
