Nope it isn't. The Ghost Gift has been given to me by another person and therefore isn't tradeable before a certain timeframe. This is completely normal. Also the fact that the game is only redeamable in Russia and some other countries is not a problem at all neither does it conflict with any rules of this site. Have a nice day, sir.

It is Region Restricted and I needed the Gift fast. I know that it wasn't the best Trade ;)
