would need to trade it for something though doesnt have to be anything special but half decent , portal is like 14 the voucher makes it around 1.40 so i say something worth a 5ver other wise ill buy it and gift it

Look here and maybe we can agree on something. Be fair, obviously. Portal 2 trades for about 3 keys ($6) and it will cost 1 key ($2) after coupon. So a game valued at $2 or $3 at most for the coupon may be reasonable.

Just be aware that the only way you can gift a game now is by sending it to that person during the purchase process. You cant put it in your inventory any more.
