It's more like 10 keys. 10 keys are 25$. And most of these sellers are from Russia or Eastern Europe where the game is 15$. And again it's just an offer, you can counter-offer if you don't think it's a fair price.
Talking about price: 1 key is 1.20-1.40$ right now on outpost. Bloc price is spreadsheet is 7-8 keys. And p.s. Russian key price on outpost ~1$. Good luck anyway.
And btw: Russian torch is region locked now.
