Good luck getting it for anything less than 25-30 keys until it goes on sale. I'm not intending to piss on your thread, but its the truth. I'm an extremely picky shopper when it comes to games and only during the first week of it being available to pre-order have I seen it lower than 28 keys, with 99% of those offering having it for 29 or 30, which is potentially more expensive than buying it outright if you're buying keys on the market. The region locks have basically killed the trading market for the game outside of getting a Uplay version from a promotion.
I also don't understand why people are so adamant about the Steam version. You need Uplay even if you have the Steam version. Why have two levels of DRM instead of just one? Uplay works perfectly fine and you can also add it to your Steam (so you get the overlay/friends list/screenshots and all that jazz). It won't have cards or item drops so I just don't understand this part. I've got 5-6 games that I have only on Uplay or require Uplay that I regularly play (AC4, Blacklist, Far Cry 3, Trials off the top of my head) and have never had one single issue with the service. That's also how Im going to play this game.
If you want it cheap be prepared to wait or seriously consider the Uplay version. Ive seen Uplay promos go for as low as 15 keys, which is a great deal for this game. Double the amount of keys for a Steam version is ridiculous to me since you're still going to need Uplay anyway, but I understand why it costs more. Region locks suck a dick lol.
