Hey there. Well, I bought it with my own account, I changed it to United States, bought it, and and redirect company on USA made the way to me here in Brazil.
I guess that's the only way, tried it but it will not allow me to change back for 3 months and i rather prefer my currency on steam than having all in USD haha.
