Postal 2 was over-the-top violent but fun, had some cool situations and dialogs + (mostly) open world.
3 is dumb, boring, uninventive piece of crap with no connection between chapters. Bad cheesy humour, lag lag a + 1 lag, can't believe it's made on Source engine, not worth the time.
