I base this on the fact that this have been at $7.5 while New Vegas has gone $10 only. These are both the -75% prices.
I believe it has more worth than 7.5$ cause some region have blocked to access to this game.

ok I respect your choice but steam have blocked the accounts using VPN to get restricted games.
sometimes, 2.5$ would get your account away.

haven't you thought about why steam makes trade forum in their official forum? like what you said, if all men could get a game as lower prices without region resticted and any penalty, nobody would change their gifts using trade forum. as you know, it's quite a tired thing.

are you a steam mannager? how do you know that DA:Ultimate will be saled soon? also you coundn't buy it directly from your store even if it will be saled.
anyway, it's a true that I above mentioned about blocking. the steam has reguraly blocked accountes using VPN on the purpose of purchasing region restricted games. I know many friend who were suffered from that penalty. you'd better to keep it in your mind. good luck.
