no, i can't. check you r account settings, there are inventory options need to be set to Public and unchecked "Keep your Steam Gift inventory private, regardless of your inventory setting above.". after saving everyone will see your games inventory.
FYI, if you never traded, be sure you have games in inventory -- games you have in library(you can install and play them) you cannot trade.
