Moreover, everybody who is after this game is probably acknowledged about sales on GS, and if they aren't - well, that means that don't care about getting game a little more expensive than somewhere else.

It still has it on Steam. The way it works is you get 3 activations, if you use all of them up, you get 1 new activation a month until you get a total of 3 activations again. So it takes 3 months to refill all 3 activations, 1 per month.
