Yes, I know it's strange, but you have to understand me. I have been scammed many times, and now I have to "walk with lead feet" (a spanish expression which says with a lot of precaution).
I don't know what happened between you and that guy (and sincerely, if I had to choose, I would trust in you, because you have rep and lot of games, so the risk of being banned is very high) but I prefer to do a trade with the minimun risk possible, sorry.
Yes, that is perfectly fine with me. I wrote the admin about removing it with all the trade history evidence directly from Steam (showing that I never traded any game with him).
It is weird tho. In the meantime I actually traded one Ruse for Prototype :)
