If there's an established easier-to-use market at the same price, you might need to offer a discount for someone to want to bother with the extra steps and work for the same thing.

Well, buying them in bulk is a lot faster than buying each one individually on the market, saves hassle if you ask me. There is actually less steps involved in a bulk trade, not sure where you're actually seeing the extra hassle.
What if people don't have money on the market and actually have keys, ref and game offers at hand? I really don't get what you're saying at all.
