It doesn't state the region restrictions, but when checking the site it does state if it would work for your region.
I told them I was in Canada, so it should at least work there.
I want 21 TF2 keys for it (lowest price on gray market according to AllKeyShop = $49.63 USD / $2.27 per TF2 = 21.86)
