You shouldn't compare with price on steam. Some game are terrible and worth 0.02$ on some website yet steam announce them at 15-20$ That's the case for many indie game.
I'd suggest comparing with G2A currently South Park is 9,90 € .
If someone offer you a specific game, you could try to check them on G2A first. There's also a website called IsThereAnyDeal, check there to know if the game they are offering you is currently really cheap or in a bundle.

As you can read in the title ...
1st ... my wishlist from Steam:

But be fair ... South Park is about 30€ in Steam ... so don´t be angry if i don´t accept a trade against a 1€ Indie Game.
Also if you plan to offer me a game wich is like 10€ on Steam ... be polite and offer a bundle from several games then.
