I'm new to the site i did not concentrate at negative and so or if he scammed other users, second you have 217+ Positive and have the same Safety Check no ban no nothing. He still trade sorry scamme here!
There's no ban here. You have to check the person's "rep" and then decide to trade.

Nope....no moderation. But few people in community are trying to manage stuff, like helping and warning new users,screwing a scammer/smurf if they spot before he scams someone else and stuff like that..
