I traded my (Tradable) Civilization V for a Dawn of War 2 Complete Pack KEY.

The person that traded with me, both keys does not work.

I asked him to return me the key, he said the key is compromised and will try to get me refund.

I asked him to give me back the game so I can trade for something else as I will be travelling soon so I want to get a new game I have been wanting to play. And that is Dawn of War 2: Retribution.

Now he ask me to wait, give him my e-mail and crap. I don't have the time to do this!!!

I can take screenshot of me activating the keys or even download fraps right now to capture everything as I still have the chat windows open and also took a screenshot of me trading away my Civ 5 to him.

What CAN I do?

Take screenshots of the chat and report him here.

EDIT: Also contact Steam support, its highly unlikely that you will get your game back but he might get trade banned if he is really guilty.

Do I have the right demand him to return me the tradable Civ 5?

I want to get back my Civ 5 back from him. But he say can't because his key is compromised and that I don't understand.
