This seems fishy. Why so cheap if works and legit. Care to explain? As far as i know Office licenses arent even included in MSDNAA/Dreamspark.
every month we get a key because we have 200 company , and you see its not oem only for 1 computer

I'd bet anything he gets these from an MSDN subscription, most likely through his workplace. Everyplace I've ever worked has given me a subscription (I'm a software developer). You get multiple copies of all the things he's selling.
He's not supposed to sell them, and if his workplace finds out he's doing this he will certainly be fired. Depending on his country he could also go to jail for theft.
Yeah, i work in IT myself. Albeit i am a bit older i have legit access to Microsoft DreamSpark for Academic Institutions. However, not even in my dreams i would think about to sell any of those serial keys to anyone.

the chance that a keygen can generate a single valid key that is ALSO registered on microsoft's database is microscopic. these keys, at least the one i bought, is valid. i activated online successfully, on 5 different PCs (just as the enterprise license that i bought allowed me to).
guys i just bought MS office 2010 key from him, he gives VL copies of office. thats why he is able to give for low price. He gets these copies from his firm. I also had doubts before trading. but he is very friendly and trustworthy. He gave the key to me and the link(torrent) to download the VL version of office. I was not able to use torrent since i am in US so he patiently uploaded the office image and gave me the link to download. it is now activated and working :)

Since I'm catching this thread on the 1st page again I will delete my prior 2 post(as asked by OP after I finally got him to remove his neg rep, and to consolidate them), but I'm standing by what I've previously said and I still want to make a statement.
This guy is selling corporate/volume license keys for these MS programs. There are 2 ways these program activate legitimately, KMS and MAK. So he is selling you MAKs, since your systems are obviously not within his organizations network. I am not familiar with the legalities(but I think it's safe to assume something isn't quite kosher here), but basically a MAK is a single key bought by a company/organization/etc. and used for a certain number of activations. These are commonly leaked and then can be blacklisted by Microsoft, meaning it won't work anymore(he told me this is ok though, because he gets new ones each month and if you have problems he can give you a new one)
Do not accept blackmailing. If someone refuses to remove negative rep, which he had no right to put on your profile in the first place, until you do something, contact support and request negative rep removal. I might suspend him for this.

There is a posibility, that windows can blacklist keys.. Dont forget that... Even key is legit. I heard that somewhere, so.. maybe its wrong(this info) but NO ONE want to mess up with microsoft...
even key is legit when i sell this keys every month i recive new keys . if somebody key is blocked he will recive new free from me !
you can use the program of Microsoft here -> http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/upgrade-from-windows-7-tutorial , when you download the Upgrade Assistant, in one step it will ask for the key. If the key is legit, you will be able to put it and the program will say it's OK

activation is more than forever you active and you have windows forever when you preinstal again active and you have permanet and i dont have pro sorry for now

I have been informed by an ex-Microsoft employee that what you are doing is not just suspicious, but actually illegal. Not only would it get you in serious trouble, not only would it get your company in serious trouble, but continuing to allow it on Steamtrades in knowledge that it is illegal would get this site in serious trouble as well.
