You must not have Left 4 Dead 2 in your library
You must have a decent amount of rep (or 6 keys or other gifts as deposit)
I'll send you the 4-pack. You activate the gift and get 3 extra copies. Then I'll trade 5 keys(or your gifts) for 3 extra copies back.
Please make sure that you're able to use the community market before trading so that the extra copy will be tradable (I won't take the extra copies back if they are not tradable)
