No one is going to take this deal. The cheapest Dawnguard has ever been is $10. And it's relatively new so there won't be any sales coming up for it.
I was going to trade someone RAGE for it, but then they gave it to me for free.
It is highly unlikely it will be 4.99$ before the sale ends, 9.99$ was already 50% off. 75% off would be 7.50$...at which point you could buy it with your own wallet...and if it was for sale for 4.99$, you could still buy it.
