Well, it's more valued since way less people have it for trade, as opposed to MGS V games that were recently bundled.
Just check at barter how many people are trading each one. So basically it's rarer thus more valuable for trade in game to game trades than MGS V. And I also value it more since I will most likely keep it unless a really good offer comes along.
Other than that I just checked and they seem to go around a similar price CS:GO key wise, so you can make this offer, just don't go around asking for additional TF2/CS:GO items on top, that's just rude to do as a trader with no reputation.
