The only problem with this account is the locked email (Much password try XD), but u can unlock it calling at AOL, you just follow the instructions provides by AOL.
When you unlocked your AOL Email you can transfer the account to Hotmail.
I never unlocked the account because i don't speak a clearly english and you need to speak in english to solve the problem XD.
If u need evidence or anything i can use Skype (Screen Sharer/Compartir Pantalla In spanish).
