First, a little background: I'm from Germany. Germany has some of the strictest videogame censoring laws in the western world. That sucks because I can't buy uncut games (normal games for everyone else) on Steam, regardless of the fact that I'm of legal age. The way around this is to have someone (preferrably from the US) gift the games to me, in which case they will be uncut.
