if you want to get technical, yes US gifts of watch dogs currently, as do most gifts, do not state row to begin with on the description. as we all know, steam is not very specific on the descriptions. from what we do know, is gifts bought from the US are widely accepted as ROW and to this date NO gift bought from the US has EVER been region locked to any other region. that being said, i can provide receipts/screenshots/confirmations numbers upon purchase as proof that they are personally bought by me from the US store, no regifts.
