It says gaming services because SteamTrades is meant to trade games. Trading accounts in general is not allowed here. Please, stop that.
It says what it says, unless changed, he has all the rights to keep this topic on. AMD accounts were also traded in the past weeks and no one said anything even if they are "accounts from other gaming services"

I only noticed that trading stuff from AMD required connecting someone else's AMD account with your Steam account (Done via TeamViewer I guess), so it's a different sort of a trade and not an account trade.
I don't agree with what you said, because account trading Is shady by itself. Those are all accounts stolen (or whatever) from other people and they Are connected to other people's e-mail accounts. Nothing guarantees you will have that account tomorrow or the day after, as accounts can be returned to original owners via e-mail or support. It's not legal nor legit, which Is the reason trading accounts was mentioned as forbidden in the rules of SteamTrades.

Nothing guarantees that the paypal transaction you've done will not be refunded, or that the cd-key/gift you received will not be canceled, same goes with the accounts, that's for what the reputation system is for.
Trading Steam accounts, or accounts from other gaming services is not allowed if it's forbidden by their terms of service.

They wouldn't have detailed it that way if trading accounts wasn't at all, as you can just say "Trading accounts is not allowed" much easier, he is not offering any service related to gaming, but he is asking for Steam items (Games, CSGO Items, DOTA2 items) making it a Steam trade. That is correct, but that's what this site is made for - trading gaming stuff, in form of keys and gifts. Agreed about reputation. But rules clearly state trading game-related accounts is not allowed.
Now, because this is SteamTrades, the whole site is revolving around games and therefor the rules say accounts from other gaming services and not accounts from anywhere, anytime, from PornHub and Netflix.
More experienced traders here are aware of the situation on the site, there are no admins and rules (and many stuff that need improving) haven't been touched for long, long time (except the comment thingy a couple of months or so before).
I know you are stating facts, but there's more behind those rules (and keeping the site safe) than it's written. If we, as a community, don't take care of it (since admins aren't), eventually it'll become something we won't like.
