All You have to do are this simple steps:
Install (Steam Price Comparison - Unpowered edition) - You need Chrome(not sure about FireFox) to use it.
Check Your region price and compare it with CIS price.
Look through Community Market for D2/TF2/CS key price.
Calculate amount of keys, which are needed, to buy the game you want.
Name your price to me.
