but I think its better than getting negative reps from scammers after being scammed.

As far as I know this is possible, but unreasonable.

Of course you shouldn't have done that, but if everyone leaved negative rep for lowballing, I'm sure tons of people would have more negative rep than positive.

In my opinion people should only leave rep on other people profile when they contact them directly and reaches an agreement, positive or not.

i got a negative rep when i was out of the city for 12 days the guy has been offline for 10 days dunno what to do -,-

-rep is not allowed for lowballing, -rep is only allowed when a trade accurs, meg support on steamgifts and it will be removed
