They're the same thing. The only difference is that one is sent over chat, and the other is sent by trading. If you don't want it don't get it. It's a $10 game ($5 if on sale) and asking $1 is not really a good offer (if it even was an offer). I'd be willing to take a key but anything under than that I can't accept.
