Unfortunately that wouldn't be enough. That little of D3 gold really isn't worth the time.
If you valued them at full price then yes it's over $30. If I really wanted anything on Steam I'd simply buy it for myself or wait for it to be on sale.
Your TF2 items are worth $5 at most ($10 if you get gift wrap to trade the Summer Shades), Fallout NV would be $10 and Tiny & Big has been $5 maybe lower. That's only $20-$25 at best for $30.
Unfortunately I just don't have enough interest in anything other than Skyrim.

Torchlight, Fate of the World and Binding of Isaac have all been in bundles, so even if they were gifts that's simply not worth Civ V.
