I've blocked that user, but your options are pretty limited as far as things go. Steam doesn't accept trading off their market, so they won't help. If you purchased the AMD thing legit though, you might be able to get those keys revoked via AMD customer support. No customer support will help you if you mention trading though. So, don't mention trading. Figure out another way to explain how your keys were stolen/hacked/hijacked, and ask them to revoke and replace. Would be my advice. The sad truth is, as a new trader here, a lot of people here will try to take advantage of you.

Good evening, I added a post a couple of days ago that I want to trade my games. Today I received a message from https://www.steamtrades.com/user/76561198082633369 bastard. I looked at his reputation, steamrep and his account looks very convincing. He wrote to me that he wants to buy AMD REWARDS(RESIDENT EVIL 2 , DMC 5 and Division 2). I completely believed him and gave the account ahead, after that he blocked me.
