W/o there really being any historical evidence on ST or elsewhere (that I've seen) of trade pricing for this, it's up in the air. It was the feature of the bundle(s) it was in though, and its price was higher than most Humbles. So, probably in the 8 key range. That said, I'm willing to listen to offers if that doesn't work.
No. Cutting what I suggested in half doesn't work. Especially when you consider that the featured game from most normal priced bundles ($12-$15) sell for 4-5 keys immediately and more later on, and this is quite a bit later on (and this was a $20 bundle). I would drop it to 7 CSGO keys, but I don't think I would go lower than that.
Would you care to elaborate? If you are interested in my copy, just make sure you have the appropriate amount of CSGO keys.

No. That isn't even close to being comparable. If you have Steam library gift copies of Betrayer (not codes or gift links), I'd be happy to give you 100 gems per copy, but as far as trading for games on my list, it won't be comparable to any of them even as a library gift. It's been bundled like 10 times (or more) and I've already played and finished the game.

I haven't completely decided on a price, but I know it wouldn't be less than probably 5ish CSGO keys. Maybe 6. So, that would be a lot of gems. Somewhere in the 70ish SoG (i.e. somewhere in the 70k range) range. So, it would probably be worth it to simply buy the bundle unless you have a lot of marketables and no cash, since that tier is only $10.
