Games can no longer be kept in the inventory as a gift... from 1 year ago, can be given from one friend to another and has 14 days to activate them or 30, I do not know exactly
yeah, it was https://steamdb.info/sub/88521/ 16 euro, on august, If it's going to be the same price again, I will can give it to you for 12.8 euro on paypal, if you want :)
