Sure, that is how removing starts lol. Magically at start of year 2014 :) For your info steam key generation is about pressing 1 button. Someone not pressing that button means legal issues most likely.
I would still waiting on 3 keys for games in past never put back on steam again, if I do not contact support.

No keys, no product to sell, no game on shop :D
