Blade Arcus from Shining: Battle Arena

I'm interested in the Blade Arcus from Shining: Battle Arena available in the Steam Store. Unfortunately it's only available in certain regions so I can't buy it myself, I would need someone to help buy it for me, I would be willing to trade 4 TF2 keys for it. You have to be from a region that doesn't have region lock when gifting steam games.

Edit: Offer still open, need someone from region like US or EU to try gifting.

I don't know the price/bundle history of River City Girls, but it's on my wishlist. Is that one possible? As long as it lets me gift to your region I don't mind trying.
