PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS was released after steam removed the option to store gifts in your inventory
if you mean that you can gift someone PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS for 20 e paypal doesnt make sense why you would want to lose money

I can buy it and send it first if someone has enough +reps....
basically trying to transfer money from my steam wallet(extra credit which i don't need) to my PP account :D
