How much rep would I need to not need collateral? I don't have 6 pure keys (only 2 pure keys) but I can give you other stuff, like ref as collateral instead?

You need to be sure that you can sell on the market.
COLLATERAL IS NOT NEEDED IF YOU HAVE GOOD REP
You need to be sure that you dont already have payday 2 in your library.
I am taking 6 keys, one for the unpacking and 5 for collateral.
I will give you back the collateral when you give me back 3 payday 2 gifts.
