Paid him for like 10 games I paid and he said "ok let me get the games" and he deleted me off his friends.

Try telling paypal that you've sent money to the wrong email or something. They might give you your money back. It's worth trying.
I used another PayPal paid through good and services + added a note of buying steam games. Pretty sure I can get it back yeah. Time to keep looking for games.

To clarify, I'm not saying "it's your fault" , I'm just saying that starting with high value (noob-trap) games is bad idea, not that it helps you now... but you can pass that on to new people.

As you know, naivety doesn't prevent you from being scammed.

I hear that every day and it doesn't mean you can excuse a lack of common sense and observation/inference skills nor not making an effort to educate oneself (for example: reading trading guides/FAQs).
People learn with mistakes
You can also learn without making mistakes, that's the beauty of using the knowledge others have made available. For example, I don't need to remove the wrong organ to know which one is the liver.
Ignorance doesn't make a decision any less "dumb", and being careless doesn't mean YOU are dumb.
That said, Steam needs proper moderation. Too many repeat scammers get away with impersonating others and preying on anyone not relying on third party sites like Steamrep.

This user will try to scam you by sending fake codes and then making you to send him games for free, beware. He has done multiple scam attempts, then started leaving fake comments here after failing.

Yesterday we had a deal for those games a $50 eu xbox card, was fine with it. He needed to go to sleep I tried making him stay but he went anyways so I bought the card yesterday, thing is, for some weird reason g2a the page where he was wanting me to buy from wasn't working for me since it was making me pay with credit card and I wanted to use paypal balance. Like it was making me use the card attached to paypal and that has nothing on it. So I went on another site "buy-xbox-live.com" and bought the card everything is fine, so the next day I send the code he gets it and says it has already been redeemed. I was like "WHAT?! NO WAY!" He kept insisting, that the site looked fishy af but I had bought before from it and it had worked just fine, so I still went and contacted support asking them and they started checking, they asked for my xbox balance to which I asked this guy for his balance and he showed me this pic: http://m.imgur.com/CQUrgTV of "microsoft store". He kept lying that I bought a code that has been used but if it's already used why would microsoft said it was redeemed today ?
