Thanks rustback - I'm not entirely sure if the Destiny 2 key is region locked - it seems it only gets locked on activation. This from the HB store on how to redeem the Destiny 2 key:
"Be sure that you create your account without any VPNs or proxy connections. The region of your account will be automatically linked to where you are geographically located! "
