Sorry, whilst your profile doesn't raise any immediate red flags your low level/game count and lack of previous rep is off-putting for what I would consider a semi-large transaction. Especially when you could easily fund your Steam wallet, purchase the keys and issue a chargeback.
I must stress that I don't mean this as an insult to you and whilst I very much want the keys I still must be cautious myself.
