Permalinkno Steam AFAIK, unlocks in Bethesda account. Maaaybe it will be linked with steam when it goes F2P but it's a big if.
Currently the pack is "discounted" at USD 29.99 but obviously I'm not charging nowhere near that much. Just make an offer.
