My copy of Max Payne 3 is the low violenced version you can buy in Germany. It's completely english and don't has region lock. It's low violenced on 6 very short scenes where you can't shoot people you shouldn't kill.
I think the ROW version costs 5 or 6 keys. I only want 3 TF 2 keys... or RIPD which is cheaper than 3 tf2 keys at the moment !!!
