oh is it ? >.< he had his steam profile hidden even tho i was friends with him, and the account name was the same name as the original ones steamtrades name. so i guess he is making a new account on someone elses name since i busted this one :/

You need to get his profile id URL (which is unique), not his custom URL which he faked to impersonate people :)
