Makes no Sense at all.
If you would sell your CSGO Case keys on Steam you would get nearly 9€.
If I have 10€ Steam wallet It would be cheaper to buy 4 Case keys instead of giving the Code to you.
The whole deal is just braindead. Why would anyone do that?
Maybe who needs the keys atm? (i mean, without the 7 days restriction)

so technically, both parties win out a little bit, you just avoid steam market fees
It's still not a great deal but both parties get mutual benefit.
To be fair, you can purchase any (at least most, maybe not all) keys inside CS:GO itself for $2.50 USD. Just putting this out there for anybody who wasn't aware.
Not sure why so many keys are sold on the market, unless they maybe don't own CS:GO or aren't aware of the in-game sales.
