sorry to hear that. well, if he doesn't live in russia, he can't use it anyway. because you forgot to mention in your description that russian gifts not only need VPN to activate, but also everytime you want to play.
Ye i know now about the russian story, but I still lost €40 to him.. so that makes it a bit sour. Anyway, I have a good job so I can not complain too loudly. In a way it's my own fault to trust him.
I saw that his steam profile has been deleted, does that mean that his whole account has been shut down by steam? And that any tiny micro little change to get back the steam gift has gone in eternity now?
