I did my best to try and be fair..But i understand fair is interp'd many ways, especially when it is something that involves profit. Fair to me was getting close to what my son had traded for this game using my p.c. , i say close because he over did it w/ my games and my wallet.. Did not have permission to trade for this but deemed my offer of a few games in my inventory a "green light" to use my pc/account to trade those game in and aquire what he wanted b4 daddy got home. Wel its also fair that he is banned from using his steam account for a month and truely it would be a waste for me to download this when i dont need a steam copy. So i put up a few posts not looking to draw blood, just a fair deal, cutting my losses as much as i could and walking away w/ games i will play rather than games i will re-trade .. Well obviously neither scenerio happened, not shocked but figured maybe someone on this planet using steam wanted Arma II w/ paying full price or trading in half their library in order to get it and also have something on my list that would be a fair trade but the timing must be just right for that to happen,lol.. Well the offers, some of these awesome people shouldve just asked me for the copy for free, i would respect that more and be a bunch more willing than an offer of THE SHIP ( no offense to the devs, im sure its a great ship, all sorts of great .. well water and stuff} , a few offers wouldve landed me back here opening a new trade thread but w/ less trade firepower. I wouldve setteled for less if the trades were for games i wanted but i wont give the game away for games i wouldnt take for free.. So here is a game which i think is onlt demanding the price which i think is high due to DAY Z, I have talked people out of trading their games in for the sole purpose of day z because this is imo, a waste of money but it is a great mil sim.. It gets to the point were people kinda dont care what someone is asking, they want it for less and if i ask a dollar they will want it for 50 cents.. just the way it is, the way it was before i got here and the way it will be until they enforce the new regional policy and client updates, my guess before the new year or right before the steam box (<----IF and when).. So it only makse sense to to the unsensible and that is to add this to steam when i dont need a steam copy. I do have a couple steam pals but had no need for this game, i rather eat it than feed meat to sharks , who would bite me any given chance if jumped in uncharted trade waters. its the nature of this beast called steamtrade i am not a "pro_trader" and im just a gamer looking to trade w/ another gamer, but thats a minority on trade threads because the majority are in it to win it, more X infinty and this is their business, some are fair and some are not either way i respect it, i just rather click my mouse the free time i have playing games than clicking on trade threads and having trades interfere why i am here to begin with.. To game.. IN OTHER WORDS ARMA II TRADE FAIL ,lol.. thnx for the offers..
Also if you want a copy of orcs 2 or torchlight 2, make an offer and i will buy it..
