Just a sales pitch tip since you are new, but no one really bases trading value on the Steam sale price here (especially not with free games.) Good luck in your trades though.

PermalinkMaybe check with a Russian and/or Indonesian trader on a thread here? They have cheaper prices. It's ~$5.91 for a single or around $4.40 for part of a 4-pack.

Hello, I am just posting this to make an offer to people.
