Ahh. Well that must be frustrating. You can't gift games to other people, but you also get offers that seem way too high since the games are so cheap in your area! You don't have many good options unless you just spend money to buy your own games.
Yeah most of the trading offers are totally useless to me except the Humble Bundle Offers. Some of the bundled games are available at a price cheaper than sale price here.
