That doesn't really mean anything when you have reps on your steam profile comments. You can delete anything off of there that is unwanted. Here you cannot delete your negative reps when you rip someone off.

Paypal is a safe way when the money sender can receive his value back. PP is a safe device for senders, not for receivers. So I guess it's safe for you enought to go first. You can receive your money back from paypal. I can't receive the game back. Well, if you don't want to do it this way, sorry, go search for another offers :)
